Update on Operation Christmas Love Goal
Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on the progress made on Operation Christmas Love. This blog has a goal of sending $400 to Mission Without Borders to help needy families in Eastern Europe during the Christmas season. How can you help? When you purchase gifts on Amazon simply use my affiliate link and I will get a small commission. Also, if you are traveling and need a place to stay, you can use my Booking.com affiliate link and a small commission will be made. These commission do add up! Two years ago, we sent $382 for this project. All commissions earned during November and December (even to the 31st!) will be forwarded to Mission Without Borders to help needy families (like the P family).
This first week we took in $10 in commissions which is a slow start. I know many people haven't started ordering Christmas gifts yet so this will definitely pick up in the next few weeks. You can always donate directly at the Mission Without Borders website. It is tax deductible in the US. Thanks for helping!
