What to do in Louisville October 2018

Fall weather has settled across the region and leaves are changing colors in Old Louisville. Old Louisville is a National Historic District= 48 blocks of historic homes and parks. Guided walking tours are available daily from Louisville Historic Tours. From October 19-22 you can take a Victorian Ghost Walk. "The Victorian Ghost Walk is an annual production of outdoor theater that celebrates the ghostly past 

of “America’s Most Haunted Neighborhood” amidst a stunning backdrop of gas-lit walkways and beautiful mansions." Tickets are just $25 at http://louisvillehistorictours.com/victorian-ghost-walk

Family Activities. Billed as “THE WORLD’S LARGEST HALLOWEEN PARTY!”, The Louisville Zoo transforms itself into a family friendly, not so scary Halloween party for kids of all ages. It runs from 5-8:30 pm on October 18–21, & 25–28, 2018. Special tuckets are required. The Zoo is "magically transformed into a living storybook with costumed characters and trick-or-treating for kids 11 and under." Tickets are available at https://louisvillezoo.org/halloween-2018/.

Where to stay in Old Louisville:
