Whenever you hear large statistics or numbers it's easy to have your eyes glaze over and zone out. Especially when dealing with poverty or people in need. Your heart hurts a bit but the vast numbers make it all just a bit overwhelming. What I love seeking out (and sharing!) is stories of one person- how one life was changed because someone cared. Mother Teresa said “Never worry about numbers. Help one person at a time and always start with the person nearest you.” If the person nearest you has enough food and clothing, would you consider opening your heart to one more person? Mission Without Borders wants to deliver 30,000 parcels for Operation Christmas Love but they can only do it with our help!
