I finally made the plunge and purchased tickets for Moldova this spring. I will be visiting the Jubilee ministry in Romania and Mission Without Borders in Moldova with the primary goal of seeing my sponsored child in Moldova.
It will be a short , tightly budgeted trip but I have done my research and think I can get by comfortably for about $50 a day (including travel!). It will last from March 18- March 30. I’ll be arriving in Romania March 19 and leaving March 29th.
It seems like a long time away but as my plane itinerary reminded me it’s only 124 days until departure! I just pray for a mild Romanian winter (at least keep the trains running).
